As the operator of Oberbruch Industry Park, the company offers customers the full range of energy supply services, waste-water treatment and disposal, round-the-clock security, first-rate environmental protection management and other industrial services.

NUON Energie und Service GmbH was developed from the service areas of the former Akzo Nobel location at Oberbruch. It currently employs about 220 staff.

The entire Nuon Group , which has its headquarters in Amsterdam, generates more than five billion euros in annual  revenue with a staff of about 10,000. Each day it delivers energy and energy-related services to over five million customers. In Germany, Nuon supplies public utilities and industrial customers with standardised and customised energy products and services. These include the supply of electricity and gas, as well as services related to industrial park management and light management.
