Nuon presents efficient asset management as exemplified by Oberbruch Industrial Park at Expo Real in Munich
 1aachen is the logo which the Aachen region is using to present itself now for the fifth time at the Expo Real from 23rd to 25th October, because "1a is our location for real estate and industrial establishment," says Fritz Rötting, director of the Aachen Chamber of Trade and Industry at a press conference in the run-up to Expo Real. "The area has a lot to offer. We must make sure the outside world knows about it." The fair stand has developed into an important area marketing platform for the Euregio. Also there, alongside 25 other companies and institutions, is the Nuon company group, represented by Oberbruch Industrial Park.
"Nuon identifies itself with the Heinsberg district. The company made its entry into the German market six years ago by the take-over of Oberbruch Industrial Park and in partnership with the business development corporation is contributing to the creation of the "Best in the West" brand," says Frank Obernitz, member of the management board. In Munich Nuon will be marketing Oberbruch Industrial Park with its unique industrial infrastructure as an example of efficient asset management through energy-related services.
Furthermore, Nuon Deutschland’s managing director Ton Doesberg will present interesting savings potential in his "Light – Heat – Networks" lecture at the area open day on 23rd October, when top-class dialogue partners will be informing about the Aaachen area under the motto "Into the future with energy". "Energy is a hot topic at present – particularly at our location and in both the literal and a metaphorical sense.
